Mycologia Gargantua
Mycologia Gargantua

This was an exploration conveying scale and texture - mostly a result of crawling in close to mushrooms in forests and imaging them as if they were huge elements of the landscape, more like monoliths than tiny, colourful accents. In Australia we have gnarled up gumtrees standing alone in fields, presiding over the landscape. I wanted to catch a little bit of that vibe.
